In case of a return, the shipper will pay shipping charges and refund of product cost will be refunded not shipping charges paid by the customer.
in case of cancellation of order buyer will pay the following:

1. if shipment did not fly from India = no charges full refund
2. If shipment flies from India, not at destination = all the changes of return will be deducted, oils charges will be refunded only
3. if a shipment arrives at destination = all return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer, oils charges will be refunded only

Once you pay us via razor pay or PayPal money is deducted from your account.

You can claim your money paid for oil , shipping part will not be refunded.
